Throughout Forging Process
We believe that the best products result from taking full responsibility for as many processes as possible. This is the driving force behind our continuous efforts to handle as many manufacturing processes as possible in-house. This starts from the material cutting and continues on to the forging, heat treatment, CNC machining and finishing. Our in-house finishing capabilities include polishing, anodizing , painting, laser etching and application of full color graphics. Another core skill that we manage in-house is the final assembly of products that range from simple bicycles stems all the way up to complex suspension forks. With this level of control on the start-to-finish manufacturing processes Post Moderne can produce a wide range of products all the while maintaining long term stability of our quality and delivery.
Post Moderne understands the benefits of short development, tooling and production lead times. Our efforts to reduce development leadtimes include the in-house integration of all CAD/CAM work and production of all molds and fixtures. This ensures tight control over the model leadtimes and implementation of those molds into the mass production environment.
