This is the driving force behind our continuous efforts to handle as many manufacturing processes as possible in-house. This starts from the material cutting and continues on to the forging, heat treatment, CNC machining and finishing. Our in-house finishing capabilities include polishing, anodizing , painting, laser etching and application of full color graphics. Another core skill that we manage in-house is the final assembly of products that range from simple bicycles stems all the way up to complex suspension forks.
